We are pleased to announce the opening for a AFSIM Specialist who will join our Technical Solutions Division in Beavercreek, Ohio and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team that constructs, manages, and conducts discrete mission engineering and analysis to evaluate the efficacy of legacy architectures and new technologies
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and extend AFSIM plugins and simulation frameworks .
- Build and integrate mission-level simulations for multi-domain operations (air, land, sea, space, cyber).
- Develop, update, and refactor SysML-based MBSE models representing missile performance and system attributes.
- Create automated workflows for generating scalable SysML missile models and libraries.
- Develop cloud-native solutions for migrating legacy M&S tools and processes.
- Use CI / CD pipelines (Git, GitLab) and containerization tools (Docker) to streamline development and deployment.
- Perform debugging, performance optimization, and validation of models and simulations.
- Collaborate with engineers and system architects to ensure seamless system-of-systems integration .
