Job description

PeopleSoft Developer / ERP Application Support

FusionHCR is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to provide day-to-day support development and maintenance for our clients HCM and FCM PeopleSoft applications. This role will support ongoing operations enhancements and customizations within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support for the clients HCM and FCM PeopleSoft applications including customizations and integrations.

Develop and maintain PeopleSoft application functionality including analysis design coding testing implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Deliver weekly status updates on assigned tasks projects and support tickets.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design implementation and support of ERP applications.

Hands-on experience with PL / SQL and PeopleTools including Application Designer query development BI Publisher and SQR / SQC.

Desired Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of ERP system principles and ERP administration.

Understanding of database structure installation design access extraction storage security and recovery procedures.

Experience with system analysis integration touch points between ERP modules and business process mapping.

Familiarity with financial and human resources business processes.

Ability to identify and resolve application and system issues.

Experience providing guidance to functional analysts and end users.

Ability to create queries and reports document system environments and support automated notification processes.

Knowledge of governmental security requirements and confidentiality regulations.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Experience with leadership training project management and general business administration principles.

This is a remote position which is offered as a W2 contract only.
