SUMMARY

CleansandfillsDiningServicesequipmentmaintainsfacilitycleanlinessandperformsother duties describedbelow.

ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES beassignedwithinclassification.

• Set up and operation ofentire dishroom including all warewashing equipment andprocesses including but not limited to dish machine pot washers scraping stations accumulator ReuseMore containers and all other associated equipment. Notify supervisor of malfunctioning equipment
• Fill milkurnsicebinswatercoolersandchangesoda / beveragetanks whenneeded
• Responsible for sweeping scrubbing vacuuming andmopping floors throughout thefacility when needed oras assigned Daily cleaning of all equipment and areas as assigned
• Cleanexhausthoodsincluding filterswhennecessary orassigned
• Assistwithinfirmarycart
• Assistwithproperreceiving andstorageofallfood and nonfood items
• Assistwith deliverysetupandstaffingofcateredevents as assigned
• If assignedtotheSpaalsoresponsibleforstocking beerandwine
• Filtergreasedailyasassigned
• Assistinbleaching dishesandburnishingsilver washingwallsceilings andbaseboards
• Interactwithcustomersinacourteousandfriendlymanner
• Performcustodialtypework ifassigned within thedininghallsandSpa
• Abilitytosetupcleanandoperateallnecessaryequipment

Saturday 5 : 00pm1 : 30am

Sunday 2 : 30pm11 : 00pm

Tuesday 2 : 30pm11 : 00pm

Wednesday off

Thursday off

Friday 5 : 00pm1 : 30am

Pay rate : $19.77 / hour
