Overview
Analysis Group is one of the largest international economics consulting firms, with more than 1,500 professionals across 15 offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. Since 1981, we have provided expertise in economics, finance, health care analytics, and strategy to top law firms, Fortune Global 500 companies, and government agencies worldwide. Our internal experts, together with our network of affiliated experts from academia, industry, and government, offer our clients exceptional breadth and depth of expertise.
Our Practice Development team collaborates closely with senior leaders in AG's practices to support efforts to enhance each practice area's service offerings, client base, and market presence. The core focus of this role is to serve as a key liaison between practice area leaders and our Marketing department as well as other key administrative departments across the firm. This team is also responsible for developing pitch materials and presentations; planning and executing client-facing and internal business development events; coordinating practice-specific mailings, publications, and awards submissions; monitoring the impact of our practice-specific marketing efforts; and supporting other practice specific activities - frequently in collaboration with other members of the Marketing department.
This position requires strong collaboration across the Marketing function. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a large professional services environment and demonstrate exceptional project management skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication. A meticulous attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a collaborative, can-do attitude is essential. The candidate should also be highly proficient in leveraging a range of software applications-including CRM / experience platforms, databases, presentation tools, Microsoft Excel, and document management systems-to support business development, client communications, and marketing efforts.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities :
- Strategic Practice Partnership
Collaborate with practice leads and senior consultants to develop and facilitate practice-related initiatives and tactical execution for one or more practices, tailored to the unique goals of each practice.
In conjunction with our consultant practice leads, identify, evaluate, and manage profile-raising events including sponsored industry events, AG hosted events, in-house presentations for clients, and professional speaking opportunities designed to enhance market visibility.
Support proposals and pitches, including drafting relevant case experience, tailoring bios, and developing new stock content for the firm's experience database and proposal generation tool.
Assist with planning and facilitating practice area meetings and coordination of follow-up tasks.
Act as a mentor to junior team members (specialists and coordinators).
