Are you our next Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist?

As the Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will guide structural and cultural changes in Mosaic's mining, accumulating positive transformations that will inevitably bring a remarkable and constant advance in results. Establish guidelines, framework and planning for the implementation maintenance and improvements of the management routine, strategy and continuous improvement projects in NA operations groups. Support the technical development of the Team and operational employees (problem solving, standardization, routine management, 5S, among other.) and recognition practices of Operations, provide / elaborate training materials needed to disseminate concepts across operations. Have autonomy, ease of communication, leadership and energy to manage strategic projects that involve interaction with high levels of leadership of the company (Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents). To have a complete business view, market, from the production to the sales of fertilizers, to be able to act with a macro and strategic view in the various projects involved.

What will you do :

Consolidate the financial results and the main Continuous Improvement and business indicators reporting to the market and FP&A team. Follow continuous improvement pipeline.

Prepare and present meetings, project reports to communicate status across the organization.

Analyze benchmarking ensuring that management and continuous improvement in Mosaic’s operations are innovative and up-to-date.

Develop consistent communications and key messages to stakeholders.

Constructively challenge the business to achieve the best results in the main indicators.

Apply analytical skills to solve complex business problems associated with strategic planning and Continuous Improvement initiatives / continuous improvement projects.

Conduct strategic projects aligned with the area’s master plan.

Monitor and analyze the main indicators of the business and support the leadership to foster the generation of innovative ideas with the teams to leverage the company's results.

Prepare and present reports for important decision making; Estimate costs, resources, and time required to complete tasks

Monitor the main KPIs of the business and foster the generation of innovative ideas with the teams to leverage the business results.

Prepare and present reports and presentations of the Continuous Improvement in a clear, concise, and direct way to leadership.

Coordinate the development and updating of the strategic plan. Develop training materials for the Continuous Improvement culture.

Support leadership to create, maintain and improve transformation framework (routine, rules and systems) ensuring standardization of transformation across all Mosaic Operations.

Develop, implement, and improve the operational excellence at Mosaic focused on operational efficiency, keeping all levels of the organization aligned with the pillars of Strategy, Transformation, Continuous Improvement, People and Management Routine.

Lead and support the deployment of strategy at all operational levels.

Provide technical insights and business knowledge for strategic planning deployment and share goals between areas.

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of the main indicators of the business. Interact with internal areas or external data providers that handle sensitive information.

What will you need :

Bachelor's degree in engineering (mining or other), Science or Business Administration, MBA preferred.

8 years relevant experience

Solid experience in analysis tools, business performance, costs, and production analysis.

Experienced in production (Mining, Concentrates and Potash)

Experienced in operational transformation and / or continuous improvement projects.

Experience in Agile methods in practice (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking) preferred.

Knowledge in performance indicators, routine indicators and OKR's.

Solid knowledge of productive processes, financial, analytical, team management methodologies.

Proven change management (excellent skills, negotiation, convincing and team integration)

Experience in Agile methods in practice (Scrum, Kanban)

Solid experience in continuous improvement projects, lean manufacturing, PDCA, DMAIC, Analytics (data modeling, architect)

Experience in management system tools Design Thinking) and problem solve tools.

Proven Change Management (excellent communication skills, negotiation, convincing and integration) preferred.

Intermediate / advanced Office suite.

Power BI and other App Views.

Advantage Excel

Analytics (data modeling, architect) preferred.
