Lead project team. Monitor and control progress & budget, assess and manage the risks to meet customer satisfaction and project. Manage complete job process order preparation through financial close-out and provide technical support. Contribute to the project managers community. Qualifications : 10 or more years of relevant experience in the field of Building Automation and or technical experience 4-year bachelor's degree (e.g. Project Management, Business Management, Operations Management, etc.) Understanding of and proficient in project management skills Working knowledge of ISO requirements ADD TECHNICAL SKILLSET REQUIREMENT BASED ON SPECIFIC ROLE NEEDS Excellent time management and organization skills Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Professional Scheduling Programs Financial acumen and understanding Excellent customer service Leadership skills : team building, empower and delegate authority, ability to build rapport and consensus. Advanced knowledge of contract law, codes, standards, and industry construction knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills Influence and convince internal and external customers, listen effectively, and solicit input from others.
