Role Overview :

We are seeking a Construction PM to join a national builder of federal projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various construction projects from inception to completion. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse teams will ensure the successful execution of projects in alignment with our company's standards and goals.

Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Scheduling : Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Team Leadership : Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff. Foster a collaborative environment, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Budget and Cost Management : Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address issues proactively to prevent delays and setbacks.
• Quality Assurance : Maintain high construction standards and ensure all work meets regulatory and safety requirements. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
• Communication : Foster clear and effective communication among all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and team members. Provide regular project updates and address concerns promptly.
• Documentation : Keep accurate records of project activities, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Prepare comprehensive project documentation for future reference.
• Client Relations : Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and addressing their concerns. Strive to exceed client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
