Mortgage Loan Processor - Loan Document Specialist

Position Overview:

The role involves performing key administrative tasks related to mortgage processing, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of loan documents and third-party orders. The candidate will support the loan process by maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular data entry tasks and verify loan-related information for accuracy.
  • Initiate requests for third-party services such as title searches, appraisals, insurance certifications (hazard and flood), credit checks, and more.
  • Review and confirm the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Track and manage work queues, ensuring timely processing through necessary actions.
  • Work closely with team members and take on additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is required, with training provided, or relevant mortgage experience is also accepted.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • . Capable of rapidly adjusting to change and quickly acquiring new skills
