Job Title : Procurement Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with expertise in procurement technology, software agreement negotiations, and cost analysis. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, managing RFPS, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and process requisitions, ensuring approval and proper transmission of purchase orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Coupa system, including ticket handling.
• Assist users with inquiries, delegations, and reporting.
• Run reports for visibility and accuracy, managing contract exports and reviews.
• Export and prepare quarterly and year-end procurement updates, including implementation cost updates.
• Conduct monthly Coupa user reviews and provide training to new users.
• Manage purchase order change requests and record updates in SharePoint.
• Monitor status, track, and log for various systems including D&B, Gartner, and TPCRM.
• Update and maintain change management logs and SharePoint content.
• Conduct annual supplier status reviews and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Assist stakeholders in acquiring samples for testing and manage ad-hoc projects.
• Conduct and familiarize with RFx processes, negotiating pricing to maximize savings and cost avoidance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with business lines, contract managers, legal, and sales groups.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure completion of vendor documentation following sourcing and procurement procedures.
• Manage contracts and license agreements to ensure obligations are met and renewals are tracked.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues impacting internal stakeholders.
• Support accounting and finance teams for Coupa-related activities.
• Assist with upcoming projects and align with vendors and stakeholders for necessary activities.
• Manage supplier relationships, track SLAs, and manage credits.

Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days onsite initially, which can be reduced to one day. Enjoy free lunch daily, along with complimentary beer, wine, espresso, coffee, and a fridge stocked with soda, sparkling water, and juice.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
