Molding Production Associate

Job Summary :

The Molding Production Associate is responsible for operating molding machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring the quality of finished products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up, operate, and monitor molding machines according to production schedules and specifications.

Inspect products for quality and consistency, identifying defects and taking corrective action as needed.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper operation.

Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times.

Record production data accurately and report any issues or irregularities to the supervisor.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a manufacturing or molding environment preferred.

Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate production machinery.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.

Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Working Conditions :

Fast-paced production environment.

Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting of materials.

Must follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
