Overview
Ground Support Labs is seeking a highly experienced and organized Program Manager to lead the end-to-end coordination of a large-scale digital signage rollout across hundreds of retail locations. This role is responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, managing multiple concurrent workstreams, overseeing vendor coordination, and ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, and budget.
The Program Manager will act as the central owner of the program lifecycle—providing leadership across survey, staging, installation, and support phases. This role requires expertise in managing AV or digital signage projects, high-volume deployments, logistics-heavy environments, and retail technology rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
Program Oversight
- Own and manage the full program plan, integrating timelines, milestones, and dependencies across all workstreams (site survey, installation, logistics, QA, and support)
- Monitor performance against KPIs, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to assess progress and resolve blockers
- Proactively identify risks, maintain a mitigation strategy, and adjust timelines and resources as needed
- Oversee change control, issue escalation, and corrective action plans
- Oversee full lifecycle of retail deployment and technology rollout efforts across hundreds of locations over multiple years
