AECOM has an exciting opportunity for a Program / Project Manager to join our Remediation team in our Conshohocken PA office. You will work with a diverse team of technical leaders across a broad range of practice areas delivering remediation consulting services to our key clients.

The successful candidate will assume leadership roles on projects and within the department and will develop strong relationships with the team and with clients to enable the pursuit of new opportunities.  The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with members of the project team clients site personnel and office management and work both independently and as a part of a project team.

The successful candidate will be committed to the teams success and growth; will rigorously apply safety policies and procedures; will manage the technical cost and schedule elements of project delivery; and will effectively manage the quality of field efforts and project deliverables within the bounds of the AECOM Quality Management System.

The job responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following :

• National / Regional client manager with goals of account growth and greater marker share
• Manages large multiregional teams to deliver consistent results
• Effectively manages risk quality and safety expectations
• Develops long term strategy for growth and success within specific markets (electric and gas utilities sector)
• Manages more complex projects that tend to be larger in scope and dollar thereby increasing the potential for larger consequences of error.
• Responsible for internal reporting to executive team on key account metrics and outlook
• Participates and actively promotes the AECOM brand in the markets served
• Increasing responsibility for leadership of direct reports.
