Job Summary :

The Solar Project Construction Scheduler will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules for solar construction projects using Primavera P6. This role involves close collaboration with pre-construction, project managers, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Schedule Development : Create and maintain detailed project schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM) in Primavera P6.
• Resource Management : Develop resource-loaded schedules, perform resource analysis, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Schedule Monitoring : Regularly update project schedules to reflect changes in scope, timelines, and resources.
• Reporting : Generate and present schedule reports, including progress updates and critical path analysis, to project stakeholders.
• Risk Management : Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaboration : Work closely with project teams to verify scheduling information and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Quality Control : Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure schedules meet established standards.
