Job descriptionAnalytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights. Customer Service and Communication Skills : Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, understand their needs, and provide solutions. E-Commerce and Sales Skills : Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and sales strategies to grow the ecommerce business. Project Management Experience : 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail, grocery, or ecommerce industry. Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing / executing project plans. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time-management skills. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and familiarity with Smartsheets / Asana is a plus. Certifications : PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus but not required. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Must be able to travel to store locations when needed (25%)

Role Description : Responsibilities :
- Oversee ecommerce projects, develop and execute strategies, and analyze ecommerce performance.
- Work at corporate office and various store locations across the city, spending approximately 25% of the time in stores to gather feedback from associates and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and sales, to drive project success.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies, likely aligned with Agile, to manage project plans from development to completion.
- Contribute to the overall success of the ecommerce business by providing the business point of view in meetings and pushing projects along.
