About The Role :

The Geotechnical Project Engineer - Project Manager role involves leading and managing a variety of geotechnical engineering projects from start to finish. You'll apply technical expertise while guiding project teams, supporting clients, and delivering timely and accurate recommendations for critical infrastructure developments such as roadways, bridges, and commercial sites.

Project Management : Manage geotechnical projects from planning to execution, maintaining quality, schedule, and budget.

Engineering Solutions : Analyze field and laboratory data to develop safe and effective engineering solutions.

Reporting & Proposals : Prepare technical reports, proposals, and support business development initiatives.

Client Engagement : Serve as a key point of contact for clients and subcontractors, ensuring alignment and solving project challenges.

Team Leadership : Mentor junior staff and promote a positive, safety-first work culture.

About You :

You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining, or a related engineering field.

You have a minimum of 4 years of geotechnical engineering experience.

You have or can obtain a Professional Engineer (PE) license within 6 months of hire.

You have 1-3 years of experience in project management, supervision, or team leadership (preferred).

You have strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
