Salary

Annual Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and report on status to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
  • Monitor project performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Desired Experience

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in project management.
  • Experience in managing projects in a technology-driven environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
