Job description

We are currently seeking a Fund Developer to join our team and contribute to our mission to promote civil rights for people with developmental disabilities through services that expand independence and choice. The successful candidate will have experience with non-profit organizations, proven project management and public relations skills, and excellent communication skills to create and oversee operations fund development effectively.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement fundraising programs and activities.
  • Volunteer recruitment.
  • Promote the organization's mission and goals through community outreach.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with agency donors.
  • Manage Donor and fundraising financial systems.
  • Coordinate logistics with the organization's events.
  • Plan events.
  • Oversee the organization's communications and messaging.

  • Fundraising : 3 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Office : 3 years (Required)
  • License / Certification :

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • CPR Certification (Required)
