Job description
A company is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Connecticut.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister initial mental health evaluations and develop treatment plansProvide medication management and supportive therapy to patientsUtilize an Electronic Medical Record system to maintain accurate patient recordsRequired QualificationsBoard Certified by the ANCC as a PMHNPMinimum of 2 years post-graduate experience as a PMHNP, preferably in telehealthAbility to obtain and maintain an active and unrestricted license and DEA numberExperience with mental health evaluations and treatment plan implementationProficiency in using Electronic Medical Record systems
