The Program Specialist is responsible for coordinating, engaging in, and providing oversight of projects, budgets, processes, and the policies and procedures essential to the success of the Faculty Affairs Office and its assigned programs.
Job Responsibilities :
- Administer programs and projects in support of the Faculty Affairs Office.
- Develop and disseminate communications regarding Faculty Affairs programs, faculty actions, projects and initiatives.
- Resolve program-related and / or project related issues.
- Track program progress, adoption, or performance and provide ongoing reports to leadership / program sponsors.
- Track and analyze various data to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Support program by identifying process improvement opportunities; Execute program initiatives.
- Process and track program related actions in Workday.
- Maintain program records through the use of OnBase and other institutional tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution.
- Support program related events through planning, tracking, and execution of related tasks.
- Oversee the program website and implement improvements to support faculty and stakeholder utilization.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $60,320 - $105,040 per year for the role of Program Specialist- Faculty Affairs.
