Public Address Announcer :

Position Overview : The Springfield Lucky Horseshoes are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Public Address Announcer to join our team for the upcoming season. The PA Announcer will play a key role in fan experience by delivering clear, energetic, and professional announcements during games. The ideal candidate will have a strong vocal presence and experience in live announcing.

Key Responsibilities :

Announce pregame promotions, sponsorships, and partnerships
Announce player introductions, starting lineups, in-game events, promotion, and other relevant information in a clear, professional, and engaging manner.
Keep fans informed about the progress of the game, including scores, game events, and any updates from the field.
Collaborate with game day staff to ensure smooth coordination of in-game activities and promotions
Adhere to all game scripts, but also remain flexible for live situations

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a public address announcer, or similar role

Strong, clear, and engaging vocal skills

Attention to detail and the ability to follow scripts while adjusting in real time

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the team schedule

Working Conditions :

Hours will vary depending on the team schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Role is performed in a stadium setting, in the press box
