Retail Project Manager, Hubspot, Power BI Developer

Location: Juno Beach, FL

We are seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager with a strong background in software development, specifically in Power BI and HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects within the retail sector, demonstrating exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project success while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end to end project lifecycle for retail software development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize Power BI to analyze project data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Implement and manage HubSpot for project tracking and customer relationship management.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Mandatory Skills:

• 7-10 years of experience in project management within the retail sector.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with HubSpot for project management and CRM.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with retail industry trends and challenges.
• Knowledge of additional data visualization tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically in retail software development.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
