Compensation : $25–$30 / hr DOE
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.–4 : 30 p.m.
(May shift to 6 : 00 a.m.–4 : 30 p.m., Tuesday–Friday)

Our commitment to quality, innovation, and craftsmanship drives everything we do. What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for verifying the quality of machined metal parts throughout various stages of the manufacturing process, including raw materials, rough machining, finished machining, assembly, and plating. Key Responsibilities Ensure all parts and processes comply with customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Identify, quarantine, and document quality issues; report findings to operators, leads, and / or programmers. Inspect first-run, in-process, and completed production parts for accuracy and conformance. Review parts staged for plating or coating to ensure readiness and quality. Perform spot checks on components from multiple machines. Verify and calibrate inspection tools daily using standard references. Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS standards using Net-Inspect and InspectionXpert software. Measure and record part dimensions for Statistical Process Control (SPC). Ability to interpret complex mechanical drawings and assembly blueprints. Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread plug / ring gauges, pin gauges, and optical comparators. Experience researching and applying industry and customer standards. Background in ISO environments (AS and NADCAP experience preferred). Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and switch between tasks efficiently. Zeiss / Calypso experience a plus, but not required.
