About the Team
The E-commerce Governance and Experience (GNE) team works to ensure customer satisfaction and a sustainable sales environment. The Service and Moderation Team (SMT) aims to provide excellent service experiences for TikTok Shop users and is seeking a Regional Quality Assurance Lead.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality analysts, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee QA operations, developing strategies that align with regional requirements for consistent service delivery.
- Establish robust processes for effective content moderation.
- Monitor performance metrics to improve moderation operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address moderation challenges.
- Identify and communicate risks and insights to stakeholders regarding policy and systems.
