Purpose
Divergent Technologies has revolutionized the design and manufacturing of vehicles through the creation of the first truly digital production system. Divergent's Adaptive Production System (DAPS) leverages proprietary materials, machines, and processes spanning key domains such as materials science (metallurgy and polymer science), machine design, metrology, additive manufacturing, automation, and software development. To continue to scale and reach our goals we need talent like you. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Control Technician to join our diverse and innovative team at our facility in Torrance.

In the role of Quality Control Technician, you will have an opportunity to be part of our growing company, and it will allow you to gain valuable experience in various projects and fields of expertise. Together with our team of experts, you will work on various parts for our high-end customers as well as the record-breaking Czinger 21C.
1st Shift 6 : 30am-3pm Tuesday -Saturday
The Role
- Ability to perform Quality Control inspections using engineering drawings, model-based definition, procedures, and / or instructions.
- Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure conformance to the requirements.
- Monitor production processes to identify deviations and variations from established quality parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Create and manage accurate and organized records of test results, inspections, and evaluations including non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Support process improvement, cost reduction and production initiatives.
- Assist the Quality Control Supervisor with various inspections and Quality-related tasks.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized Quality Lab.
