Portfolio Management : Generate regular financial reports and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve profitability and asset value. Budgeting and Forecasting : Track budget variances and implement corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met. Market Research : Analyze competitive landscapes and economic indicators to inform investment strategies and business decisions. Collaboration and Reporting : Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analysis to senior management and investors. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MSF) or professional certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate or real estate development industry. Skills : Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., Argus, CoStar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Job Summary : The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing financial performance, supporting investment decisions, and providing strategic insights to optimize our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, real estate finance, and investment analysis, coupled with a keen understanding of market trends and property valuation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Modeling and Analysis :
Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate new investment opportunities and assess the performance of existing properties.
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market research, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
Monitor and analyze financial performance of the company’s real estate portfolio, including rental income, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for individual properties and the overall portfolio.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate sector.
Collaborate with internal teams, including asset management, development, and finance, to support strategic initiatives and projects.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
