    Compensation : $75000 at plan earnings with upside commission potential for top performers.

    What Youll Do

  • Negotiate & Close : Sell investment properties to buyers and investors at maximum value.
  • Own the Pipeline : Build and maintain a buyer list keep deals moving and follow up relentlessly.
  • Market Properties : Push inventory through listings email campaigns and direct outreach.
  • Collaborate : Work hand-in-hand with Acquisitions to move deals seamlessly from signed contract to closed sale.
  • Hit Your Goals : Exceed monthly and quarterly targets because good enough isnt in your vocabulary.
  • Build Relationships with Buyers : Meet and greet new buyers so that whenever they are seeking a new flip project they think of us first.
  • Requirements :

  • Valid U.S. drivers license & reliable transportation.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Prior experience in sales in any field.
  • Comfortable with technology and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally for showings and buyer meetings.
