About the Role
We're looking for a Recruiter who's excited about sourcing top talent and playing a key role in growing our technical and non-technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about talent acquisition and wants to deepen their skills in sourcing, coordination, and candidate engagement.
You'll be the engine behind our talent pipeline—focused heavily on identifying and connecting with top candidates. You'll also assist with initial phone screens, interview coordination, and ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the process.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and more.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.).
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal teams.
- Partner with Technical Recruiters to understand hiring needs, role nuances, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Research market trends, talent pools, and competitive companies to inform sourcing strategy.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database in our ATS.
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of talent sourcing.
