A Senior Physician Recruitment Partner is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various specialties within the organization. They work closely with hiring managers, operations leaders and HR Business Partners to understand the hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. They also manage the entire recruitment process, from posting positions and conducting interviews to negotiating salaries and extending offers. A senior recruitment partner may mentor and supervise Talent Acquisition Partners and provide feedback and guidance on best practices.
To be a successful Senior Physician Recruitment Partner, one should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills. They should also have a strong knowledge of the labor market, industry trends, and recruitment tools and platforms. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively and handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates across the organization.
- Develop expertise in specific areas to effectively source and screen candidates for positions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient recruitment and hiring processes.
- Manage relationships with Hiring Managers and external partners.
- Meet and exceed the recruiter scorecard metrics.
- Represent INTEGRIS Health at external events, agencies, and educational institutions.
- Plan, organize, and execute recruitment activities.
- Participate in system-wide marketing and advertising efforts for job postings and collateral materials.
- Maintain comprehensive records to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed about current workforce trends and healthcare industry developments.
- Conduct candidate intake meetings, screening processes, and extend job offers.
- Develop and implement new ideas to improve efficiencies.
- Proven track record as a Recruiter, with a successful history of filling positions across various levels.
- Lead recruitment projects and provide guidance to other team members.
- Mentor and train new recruiters.
- A minimum of 3 years of physician recruitment experience is required and a bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, business, or a related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree 4 years’ experience in human resources will be considered to satisfy the bachelor’s degree requirement.
- Understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Valid Oklahoma State Driver's License and acceptable driving record if operating a personal or INTEGRIS-owned vehicle for work-related purposes.
