Job Title : Refrigeration Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled refrigeration mechanic to maintain and repair refrigeration HVAC equipment at a store in Frisco, CO. This role requires expertise in commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, along with the ability to respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility's refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills.
• Utilize hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs efficiently.
• Receive and manage repair work orders through the work order management system to support stores and store associates, documenting repair activities.
• Provide prompt responses to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations by performing work according to safety policies and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work comfortably at heights frequently.

Work Environment

The work schedule requires flexibility to work 8-10 hour shifts between 6am-6pm, with on-call duties one week each month from 6pm to 6am. Employees will receive incentives for on-call work. The role involves frequent lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required. Interviews will be conducted virtually.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $104686.40 - $104686.40 / yr.

Standard company benefits will be offered to all hires.

This is a fully onsite position in Frisco,CO.
