Description
We are seeking a Building Maintenance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of apartments. You will work closely with our facilities management team to ensure that all aspects of the building are in optimal condition, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our employees and visitors.
Responsibilities :
- Perform regular inspections of the building to identify and address any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, and General Work
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize repairs based on urgency and importance
- Coordinate and oversee service contractors to ensure work is completed to standards and on schedule
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders and repair logs
- Monitor building security systems and address any breaches or malfunctions
- Assist in the planning and execution of building improvement projects, such as renovations or equipment upgrades
