We are currently looking for the right individual to work with our commercial services. Applicant will be working on commercial HVAC, refrigeration & Ice Machines. A knowledge of BES / EMS is a plus.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities :

• Efficiently diagnose & Repair Commercial Air Conditioning & Refrigeration systems
• Advise customer of recommended repairs and options for work needed
• Communicate with the Service Manager and coordinate completion of scheduled service calls
• Maintain a neat & orderly Service truck
• Completion of service tickets on IPAD
