Job Description
The Director of Commercial Sales is responsible for leading the companies national sales and strategy. The Director will lead the sales and strategy / partnership teams. This role will obtain a deep customer, competitive and market understanding to provide strategic recommendations to management while ensuring the sales organization is well trained to better compete in the marketplace. This role will maximize portfolio growth while enhancing our brands in the marketplace through the development of strategies and initiatives that drive lead flow and partnership referrals while prudently driving down loan acquisition costs. This role will report to the President of FCF.
