Job Summary
The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for preparing regulatory documents and submissions, as well as reviewing consumer product labels. This role will involve collaborating closely with the Director of Regulatory Affairs to ensure all regulatory requirements are met to support existing and new business. The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for compiling regulatory data in a centralized location to ensure legal requirements are met. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a detail oriented, self-starter to gain exposure to building a compliance program.
This position will be based out of our Northglenn, CO location and will require a local candidate for a mix of on-site / remote working.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the compliance software used to create Safety Data Sheets (SDS). and assess regulatory compliance in North America.
- Support regulatory assessment of new products and / or new markets.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a compliance system to manage government licenses, permits, registrations and applicable certifications.
- Keep track of new government regulations affecting Recochem.
- Other duties as specified by the Director.
Skills and Education :
The expected compensation for this position is a base salary of $65,000-$75,000 annually and is eligible for a 5% bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
