Qualifications to Join Our Team

• Current RN licensure in accordance with state guidelines.
• BLS certification and ACLS certification to be achieved within the first year.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year upon meeting the eligibility criteria.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• A demonstrated leadership background in roles such as charge nurse or similar position with accountability for patient care and staff outcomes.
