You Are

The Management Consultant / Manager designs and implements retail banking business changes that drive industry-specific, function, and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and processes.

The candidate will be a Consultant / Manager within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the Retail banking industry.Retail banks are engaging Accenture to partner on their strategic transformations; to benefit from leading-edge thought leadership; and to modernize their business models and associated technology components.

Accenture is growing our practice to help these banks navigate their transformational journeys. The Retail banking Consultant / Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our offerings and the delivery of transformational consulting projects.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
