Regional Revenue Manager
Salary range : $70-75k
What You Will Accomplish
Support a portfolio of 8 Branded hotels (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt) located in multiple regions.
Manage up to 8-10 RMS systems daily to drive revenue and market share.
Analyze market trends to determine optimal pricing strategy and yield strategy daily to drive transient sales.
Lead revenue strategy meetings and have strong understanding in business evaluation and RFP processes
Analyze demand trends, rate sensitivity and booking patterns. Strong understanding of building rate offers, packages and digital marketing associated with marketing promotions and offers.
What You Will Bring
Strong acumen in forecasting and supporting multiple stakeholder requests.
Candidate must be able to maintain strong internal and external relationships and work in a fast-paced environment.
Assist in developing 3-month, 6 month and 12-month strategic action plans
Demonstrated track record of achieving results.
Can Do" attitude and ability to juggle multiple projects and support multiple stakeholders.
Great If you have
Certified in Marriott One Yield Version 2, Hyatt Pro, GRO and understanding of Lighthouse revenue platform.
2 years of revenue management experience. Experience managing portfolio of different brands
Strong attention to detail in data entry and reporting
Ability to produce reports on ad-hoc basis to support revenue management eco-system.
Experience in Profitsword and Excel a plus
