Position Overview
As a Safety Manager, you will manage our Health, Safety and Environmental programs at the project level, driving a safety-oriented approach to work. Must be a self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. This position requires someone with the ability to quickly learn and understand various processes regarding our policies, procedures and software programs

Location
Initially will be based out of the Woodlands TX office, with extensive travel / responsibilities at project sites.
Responsibilities
Program Management :
- Ensure projects are properly setup and supported to execute the safety program
- Conduct project site audits to review records, permits, field conditions, safe work practices, and assess employee knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure Project Safety employee is completing all their responsibilities
- Ensure corporate programs and standards are executed
- Lead safety business plan efforts for district
- Prepare reports and game plan for every month DOR
- Promote and own the safety program
- Provide feedback for how we can improve as an organization – ways we can simplify and become more efficient / effective
