Job descriptionEvaluate and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Conduct risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement mitigation strategies. Gather and document business requirements for software development projects. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with QA teams. Maintain organized documentation of business processes and project progress. Stay ahead of FinTech trends, competitive shifts, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and business growth. Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align business and technical objectives. Present complex data and insights to non-technical audiences. 3+ years of experience working with record keepers or vendors (e.g., FIS Relius / Omni, Ascensus, SS&C). 3+ years of experience analyzing and implementing system solutions. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the FinTech or financial services industry. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum / Kanban). Understanding of financial regulations and compliance. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CBAP, CFA) are a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
