In this role, you will educate and consult with clients on security and governance within their Salesforce ecosystem, helping them enhance their security posture and maximize the value of their solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate directly with customers to facilitate workshops and oversee the delivery of Secure Services.
Leverage your CRM expertise and knowledge of business processes to advise clients on enhancing their security posture within Salesforce.
Prepare and present risk findings from customer Salesforce orgs, offering remediation guidance.
Contribute to team strategies and resource coordination to improve operational efficiency and customer success.
Required Skills :
Over 5 years of experience in technology consulting, project management, or sales engineering focused on cybersecurity products and services.
2-3 years of direct experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance standards, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, FINRA, GDPR, CCPA, and SOX.
3-5 years of experience presenting and communicating with diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
Proficient in GSuite and Microsoft Office.
