Position : Scrum Master
Location : Charlotte, NC (uptown, onsite 3x per week), Only local (No relocation candidates)
Duration : 12 months, can extend to 18
Pay Rate : $73.95
This individual will help oversee the delivery and execution of feature delivery teams within the Global Financial Crimes space while helping the team to meet enterprise agile transformation goals. They will also work with a team of Scrum Masters and project managers help also help develop and drive cross portfolio initiatives aimed at scaling and incorporating mandatory enterprise routines for application management and governance into traditional agile routines, improving E2E team collaboration, and improving visibility of E2E delivery across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities :
Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity
Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team
Support the team in removing impediments
Resolve conflicts and issues that arise
Complete enterprise change requirements and deliverables
Support cross-portfolio scaling initiatives
Knowledge and exposure to agile practices
Communication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, ability to provide candid but caring feedback
Problem solving to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting delivery
