• 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in playing scrum master role.
• Experience in working with 5+ teams and also work in global delivery model coordinating with associates in various time zones.
• Works with Product Owner / Business Analysts / Scrum Masters / RTE / Development teams on release plan execution.
• Should have experience in mentoring the teams and experience in playing Agile Coach role.
• Should coordinate Agile ceremonies, facilitating daily scrums, work effort retrospectives, showcases, and sprint planning sessions.
• Need good communication and analytic skills.
• Should be able to work / lead a small size team.
• Should know change management procedure.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other stakeholders, including business partners and all levels of IT leadership.
