Key Responsibilities Document requirements and specifications, reviewing documentation from other teams and vendors. Collaborate with mission teams to engage potential DoD customers, identifying and evaluating prospective projects. Synthesize requirements from feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and facilitate engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines. Decompose feature requests into user stories and group them into logically consistent epics. Track and report team utilization and velocity using Agile software development methodologies and tools. Proactively engage CDAO members and DoD cross-organizational colleagues to deliver innovative, scalable solutions, ensuring alignment with DoD compliance standards. Required Experience Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience. Subject matter expertise supporting agile development using methodologies based on iterative development, requirements, and solutions. Proven experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools. Ability to synthesize requirements underlying feature requests, decompose them into user stories, and group them into logically consistent epics. Ability to track and report team utilization and velocity. Strong communication skills for proactive engagement with CDAO members and DoD colleagues.
