Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detailoriented Administrative Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in Covington. This role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel . Experience with Accounts Receivable is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a stable, supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide daytoday administrative support to office staff and management.
- Prepare, update, and maintain spreadsheets in Excel.
- Assist with filing, document management, and data entry.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks.
Data & Office Coordination
Accounts Receivable Support (Preferred, Not Required)
