Job Details

As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations on-site for commercial construction projects in the Dallas area. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires hands-on leadership, effective communication with project teams and clients, and problem-solving skills to handle the dynamic challenges of commercial construction.
