Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to create engaging training materials that support associates across various business lines.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with learning and performance consultants on strategic design solutions
Develop content with subject matter experts that aligns with strategic objectives
Support implementation and evaluation of learning initiatives, including LMS configuration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of experience in learning project collaboration
Advanced proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia
Experience with Vyond or similar 2D animated video programs
Strong experience in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint
Knowledge of instructional design best practices and cognitive science principles
