Key Responsibilities
Oversee assigned construction projects
Manage project costs, schedules, and budgets
Participate preconstruction activities and conferences
Review and prepare various contracts
Manage labor / equipment needs and scheduling
Process change orders
Coordinate with operations team on project staffing
Collaborate with support staff on submittals and approvals process
Conduct project close-out activities
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
8-10 years of commercial construction industry experience
Proficiency in Project Management software
Travel
Projects typically within a 30-minute drive of the Indianapolis office, not exceeding an hour.
