A leading global investment bank is looking for a highly experienced Senior Vice President to join their M&A advisory team in New York. This role offers exposure to high-profile transactions across technology, healthcare, and financial services sectors, with an opportunity to lead and manage teams on key transactions and play a significant role in the firm’s strategic direction.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of M&A transactions, capital markets deals, and strategic advisory services.
- Supervise junior team members and provide guidance on financial modelling, deal execution, and client management.
- Manage senior client relationships and work closely with top executives to drive deal strategy.
- Structure, negotiate, and close complex deals, ensuring value creation for clients.
- Lead the preparation of presentations and pitch materials for clients and prospects.
- Develop and execute strategies for business development and market growth.
