Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Analyst .
Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
Job Description :
- Perform data entry into various systems such as SAP and Excel
- Generate and analyze Excel reports for the invoicing of daily customer material supplies
- Responsible for correct cost booking and on time invoicing
- Analyze customer requests to identify trends and opportunities to solve reoccurring issues via automation
- Work independently on data collection and analysis. Proactively work to improve data quality and reliability of reporting tools.
- Work in and with various LHT systems, such as SAP, E-bat, MAX-LRU, SAP, etc.
- Proactively work to resolve claims and discrepancies
- Communicate and present reports to customer service
- Process documentation according to instruction and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
