Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025 , is excited to announce Elementary Education Adjunct Faculty positions for the 2025-26 academic year in the Applied Science and Technology Division. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community.
What You'll Do
Adjunct faculty will provide instruction, service and support of college policies and procedures, along with opportunities for professional development.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate must :
- Master's degree in Elementary Education. Or a master’s degree in elementary education, early childhood education, educational curriculum development, exceptional student education and / or field related to education and instruction.
- Must hold a valid Florida Professional Educator Certification(s) (Not endorsements) in one or more of the following : Elementary Education (K-6), Reading (K-12), English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Exceptional Student Education (K-12), and / or Reading (K-12).
In addition to the minimum qualifications listed for the positions, applicants must be able to work in any clinical settings. All prospective faculty are expected to demonstrate the following characteristics :
