Your Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our North American sports product group. You'll be responsible for a product suite that enables competitive football teams to recruit top talent, analyze their game performance and capture video. This is a strategically important role-American football is part of Hudl's DNA and an exciting market for future growth.

As a Senior Product Manager , you'll :

• Grow our American football business . You'll work with a cross-functional team to create a coherent product strategy and vision, connecting it to the wider company strategy and effectively delivering against it. You'll "quarterback" a key investment, with the goal of building products that customers love and use daily.
• Advocate for the product. You'll develop a deep understanding of our customers and our business needs, building trusting relationships with customers and senior internal stakeholders. Motivating your squad is critical-you'll determine what success looks like and work across multiple functions to turn your product vision to reality.
• Foster transformation. You'll strive for a better collaboration between teams, challenging the status quo when necessary. You'll lead a squad in making decisions that balance cost, timeline and customer benefit. You'll also work with Marketing, Sales and Customer Support to develop go-to-market plans.

We'd like to hire someone for this role who lives near our offices in Lincoln, Omaha or Lexington, but we're also open to remote candidates in Kansas City, Chicago, Austin or Dallas.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is displayed below, and may be eligible for bonuses which are offered at Hudl's sole discretion. Where a candidate is placed within this base salary range is determined by experience, skills, education and training required for the job as well as our internal pay equity. Discretionary bonuses, if awarded, may include annual targets based on company performance and a long-term incentive award.

Base Salary Range

107,000-$179,000 USD
